At Elk Grove Smile Center, we understand that many of our patients have financial constraints and need to keep costs low. We want to make sure that dentistry is affordable and that you can fit your care into your budget. We do this by accepting most major forms of dental insurance and by offering financing options for patients who need more extensive treatment.

Insurance

We accept all PPO Insurance plans and we are happy to take a look at your coverage and let you know what your fees will be and file your insurance for you.

We do NOT accept any HMO plans or Public Aid/All Kids.  If you are unsure what insurance plan you have, call our office and we can let you know if we accept it.

Before we perform any procedure, we will always discuss the details of the procedure with you – including your insurance coverage – so that you can make an informed decision about how you would like to proceed.

Elk Grove Smile Center - Dental Savings Plan

This plan is for patients who do not have insurance. The plan is a yearly fee of $597 for adults ($459 for children under 21 years) which includes two full exams, needed x-rays and two basic cleanings (no gum disease present).  It will also give an automatic 20% off of Basic Procedures (exams, x-rays, fillings, diagnostics, preventative, root canals, nightguards and periodontal procedures) 30% off of Major work (crowns, implants, dentures, braces/orthodontics and Invisalign). This will be a very good savings for any individual or family and is highly competitive with any insurance plan out there. Average cost for financing 1 Dental Implant, Abutment and Crown: 

We accept CareCredit, a third-party financing option that offers 0% Interest Financing with low monthly payments. CareCredit is like a “healthcare credit card.”  You apply for it like a credit card, and once you are approved, you can use it to pay for all kinds of healthcare costs that aren’t covered by insurance. You can apply for CareCredit by filling out an application in our office or applying online through Care Credit's website here.
