Elk Grove Smile Center

Insurance and Financial Information

At Elk Grove Smile Center, we understand that many of our patients have financial constraints and need to keep costs low. We want to make sure that dentistry is affordable and that you can fit your care into your budget. We do this by accepting most major forms of dental insurance and by offering financing options for patients who need more extensive treatment.

Insurance

We accept all PPO Insurance plans and we are happy to take a look at your coverage and let you know what your fees will be and file your insurance for you.

We do NOT accept any HMO plans or Public Aid/All Kids.  If you are unsure what insurance plan you have, call our office and we can let you know if we accept it.

Before we perform any procedure, we will always discuss the details of the procedure with you – including your insurance coverage – so that you can make an informed decision about how you would like to proceed.

These are just a few of the dental insurance plans that we are IN-NETWORK with.  If your insurance is not on this list, please call our office and we will let you know if we accept it.

Elk Grove Smile Center - Dental Savings Plan

This plan is for patients who do not have insurance. The plan is a yearly fee of $537 for adults ($369 for children under 21 years) which includes two full exams, needed x-rays and two basic cleanings (no gum disease present).  It will also give an automatic 20% off of Basic Procedures (exams, x-rays, fillings, diagnostics, preventative, root canals, nightguards and periodontal procedures) and 15% off of Major work (crowns, implants, dentures, braces/orthodontics and Invisalign). This will be a very good savings for any individual or family and is highly competitive with any insurance plan out there. For more details about this plan and to sign up, please give us a call or visit our office at 847-437-3250.

Financing Options

If you don’t have dental insurance or need a treatment or procedure that isn’t covered by your insurance, don’t worry! We can still help you fit dental care into your budget with financing.

We accept CareCredit, a third-party financing option that offers zero-interest financing with low monthly payments. CareCredit is like a “healthcare credit card.”  You apply for it like a credit card, and once you are approved, you can use it to pay for all kinds of healthcare costs that aren’t covered by insurance. You can apply for CareCredit by filling out an application in our office or applying online through Care Credit's website here.

We also offer in-office payment plans in some cases, so be sure to ask if you qualify for these!

If you ever feel like you are having difficulty paying for your dental care, please let us know. We want to help you find solutions that meet your needs and work for you. We can help you best when you are up-front about your needs. Give us a call today to learn more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you considering BOTOX in Elk Grove, IL?

We derive BOTOX from the toxin Clostridium botulinum. This compound has been used in small quantities for decades, successfully treating everything from migraines to urinary incontinence, from bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching) to wrinkles.

How Can BOTOX Help Me?

Your dentist uses BOTOX for various purposes, and to learn how it can help you, we recommend a consultation. In the meantime, let’s explore popular dental office uses for BOTOX.

Smooth Fine Lines with Your Cosmetic Dentist in Elk Grove Village

As we age, our skin loses elasticity, allowing the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. Injectable BOTOX temporarily relaxes the muscles beneath the skin to buffer these fine lines and wrinkles.

When utilized by an experienced dentist, BOTOX treatments can take years off your appearance, providing younger-looking skin in the face and neck areas.

BOTOX in the Treatment of Bruxism, TMJ, and Migraines

Left untreated, bruxism can lead to tooth fractures and loss. Additionally, it can affect the temporomandibular joint (TMJ)—a hinge-like joint that allows for speaking, chewing, and yawning. When this joint does not work correctly, you may notice a clicking sound when you yawn or generalized pain in front of the ears.

These conditions, together or separately, can cause severe pain, including migraines and generalized discomfort in the neck, shoulders, and face.

BOTOX can combat the nocturnal habit of grinding and clenching. In addition, it can relax your jaw joints and promote healing, eliminating pain and promoting proper function.

Learn Whether You’re a Candidate for BOTOX Therapy

If you’re feeling insecure about fine lines and wrinkles or suspect jaw joint dysfunction or bruxism, we encourage you to come in for an evaluation with the dentist. Then, we can let you know whether you’re a candidate for BOTOX treatments.
