- Avoid coffee, red wine, berries, curry, and beets for 48 hours
- Skip brightly colored drinks, frosting, and mouthwash
- Sip coffee through a straw and brush afterward
- Avoid tobacco, which turns teeth yellow and brown

Will whitening work on crowns or veneers?
