All-on-4
A fixed bridge supported by four implants replaces every tooth on the upper or lower jaw.
Full-Arch Dental Implants
Replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four to six implants, often in as little as one day.
Why Full-Arch?
Missing multiple or all of your teeth can affect your speech, your confidence, and your diet, since it is hard to eat well when you can only manage soft foods.
For years, dentures were the only answer, and many patients struggle with dentures that slip when eating or talking. Full-arch implants anchor a complete set of new teeth to your jaw, so they stay put like natural teeth.

Your Implant Surgeon
Most dentists refer implant surgery elsewhere. Dr. Vishal Advani places and restores implants himself, right here in our Elk Grove Village office, so your care stays in one familiar place from consultation to final smile.
He founded the Advani Implant Institute, where he teaches other dentists advanced implant surgery through live-patient training.
Full-Arch Options
Dr. Advani recommends a treatment after evaluating your teeth, bone, and goals.

What to Expect
Every step is completed by Dr. Advani at our Elk Grove Village office, usually over four to six months.
Dr. Advani takes a CT scan of your mouth and reviews the process with you in detail.
Teeth are removed, implants and any bone grafts placed, and a temporary bridge attached the same day.
The bone heals around the implants over three to five months while you wear your temporary teeth.
An impression of the healed implants is taken and a stronger, permanent bridge is attached.
Compare Your Options
Each option replaces a full arch of teeth. The difference is how they stay in place.
