Where is your dental office located?
We are at 800 Biesterfield Rd, Ste 660, in the Eberle Medical Office Building in Elk Grove Village. The building is connected to Alexian Brothers Hospital on the east side, with an attached parking garage. The first set of elevators from the garage takes you to the 6th floor.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday 9 AM–6 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM–7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM–5 PM, and Friday 9 AM–2:30 PM. Weekend emergency appointments are available.
Do you offer dentistry for all ages?
Yes. We care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors, with preventive, cosmetic, restorative, and advanced treatment all in one convenient location.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all PPO insurance plans and will file your claims for you. We do not accept HMO plans or Public Aid/All Kids. See insurance & financing.
