These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elk Grove Smile Center website and any related services, including our text messaging program (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
No Medical Advice
Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not dental or medical advice and is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional. Using the website or contacting us online does not create a dentist–patient relationship.
In an emergency
Do not use website forms or text messages for urgent needs. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For a dental emergency, call our office directly.
Appointment Requests
Submitting a form on our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm the date and time. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent boxes on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Elk Grove Smile Center. Our messaging program includes two types of messages, and you give separate consent for each:
- Notifications & appointments: SMS notifications, alerts, and appointment updates, such as appointment requests, confirmations and reminders, follow-up care, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing messages: occasional marketing messages, such as special offers, promotions, and practice news.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or treatment. You can always call our office to schedule.

Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. Replying STOP stops all text messages from us, both notifications and marketing.

Carriers and eligibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Acceptable Use
