The All-on-4 Method

Permanent teeth, minus the wait

All-on-4 is a precise surgical technique. Broken and loose teeth are removed, four to six implants are placed, and a bridge is attached to the implants the same day.

Your new teeth are screwed down and permanently attached, so they never have to be taken in and out like dentures. Because of the unique design, the implants can even be placed in areas of the mouth with little remaining bone.

  • Easy to care for
  • Quick recovery after placement
  • Permanent, long-term results
  • Restored ability to speak properly
  • Available with thinner jawbone

Your Implant Surgeon

Implants placed in-house by Dr. Advani

Most dentists refer implant surgery elsewhere. Dr. Vishal Advani places and restores implants himself, right here in our Elk Grove Village office, so your care stays in one familiar place from consultation to final smile.

He founded the Advani Implant Institute, where he teaches other dentists advanced implant surgery through live-patient training.

What to Expect

Your All-on-4 journey

All steps are completed by Dr. Advani at our Elk Grove Village office over four to six months.

STEP 01

Consultation & CT scan

A 3D CT scan shows your bone and lets Dr. Advani plan the position of each implant.

STEP 02

Surgery day

Teeth are removed, four implants and any bone grafts placed, and a temporary bridge attached.

STEP 03

Healing

Over three to five months the bone heals around the implants.

STEP 04

Permanent bridge

A stronger, permanent bridge is milled in our office and attached to your implants.

Candidates

Is All-on-4 right for you?

All-on-4 is a strong choice if you are missing most or all of your teeth on one jaw, or if your remaining teeth are broken or loose and you want a permanent, long-term replacement.

Good candidates have enough healthy jawbone to support the implants, or can have bone rebuilt with grafting. Keeping up with your oral health and regular check-ups helps Dr. Advani make sure your implants stay healthy and your bridge fits correctly.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is the cost of All-on-4 dental implants?

All-on-4 at Elk Grove Smile Center is $16,500–$19,500 for one arch, top or bottom, from start to finish. The final cost depends on the permanent bridge material; zirconia, the strongest, is recommended. IV sedation is an additional cost.

How long do All-on-4 implants last?

With proper maintenance they can last 10–20 years. Daily cleaning under the bridge and six-month check-ups help them last as long as possible.

Does implant placement hurt?

Dr. Advani makes sure the area is completely numb before starting. Most patients feel only slight pressure, and many need just over-the-counter pain relief for a day or two afterward.

What can I eat after my implants are placed?

A soft diet is recommended for at least three days, such as yogurt, oatmeal, and bananas. You can eat a couple of hours after the procedure, once the anesthetic wears off.

What is the difference between All-on-4 and dentures?

Dentures are removable and rest on the gums. All-on-4 teeth are permanently attached to implants in your jaw, so they don’t slip, and the implants help preserve your jawbone.
