With Teeth-in-a-Day, broken and loose teeth are removed and four to six dental implants are placed. A bridge is then attached to the implants that same day, so you leave our office with your new smile.
Your new teeth are screwed down and permanently attached. They do not come in and out like dentures, and they offer stability similar to natural teeth and single implants.

Planning
A CT scan of your mouth lets Dr. Advani plan each implant before surgery day.
STEP 02
Removal & implants
Remaining teeth are removed, and implants and any needed bone grafts are placed.
STEP 03
Same-day teeth
A temporary bridge is attached to your implants before you go home.
STEP 04
Permanent bridge
After three to five months of healing, your permanent bridge is attached.

Do I really leave with teeth the same day?
Yes. After your teeth are removed and the implants placed, a temporary bridge is attached the same day. Once the bone has healed, it is replaced with a stronger permanent bridge.
How long does the whole process take?
All steps, from start to finish, are completed by Dr. Advani over four to six months. Most of that time is healing, while you wear your temporary teeth.
What is the cost of Teeth-in-a-Day?
Teeth-in-a-Day (All-on-4) is $16,500–$19,500 for one arch, top or bottom, including extractions, bone grafts, four implants, the temporary bridge, and the permanent bridge. IV sedation is an additional cost.
Does implant placement hurt?
Dr. Advani makes sure the area is completely numb before starting. Most patients feel only slight pressure. Sedation is also available for patients who feel anxious.
What can I eat after my implants are placed?
A soft diet is recommended for at least three days, such as yogurt, oatmeal, and bananas. You can eat a couple of hours after the procedure, once the anesthetic wears off.
