Full-Mouth Reconstruction

Rebuild Your Whole Smile

When teeth on both jaws are failing or missing, Dr. Advani can restore the upper and lower arches with implant-supported bridges.

Upper & Lower Arches

A complete, fixed set of new teeth

Missing or broken teeth on both jaws can make it hard to speak, eat a healthy diet, and feel confident in your appearance.

With full-mouth reconstruction, each arch is restored with an All-on-4 or All-on-X bridge anchored to implants. Your new teeth are permanently attached, so there are no dentures to take in and out.

  • Upper and lower teeth restored
  • Permanently attached bridges
  • Stability similar to natural teeth
  • Every step with one doctor, in one office

Your Implant Surgeon

Implants placed in-house by Dr. Advani

Most dentists refer implant surgery elsewhere. Dr. Vishal Advani places and restores implants himself, right here in our Elk Grove Village office, so your care stays in one familiar place from consultation to final smile.

He founded the Advani Implant Institute, where he teaches other dentists advanced implant surgery through live-patient training.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Call Now (847) 472-0236
What is the cost of full-mouth reconstruction?

Full-arch treatment is $16,500–$19,500 per arch, top or bottom, including extractions, bone grafts, four implants, a temporary bridge, and a permanent bridge. Your exact cost depends on your treatment plan. IV sedation is an additional cost.

How long do All-on-4 or All-on-X implants last?

They can last 10–20 years with proper maintenance. Daily cleaning under the bridges and six-month check-ups help them last as long as possible.

Can I get implants if I have bone loss?

Often, yes. Dr. Advani performs bone grafts and sinus lifts for patients who have lost bone, and the All-on-4 design can be placed in areas with little remaining bone.

Will I need to see another dentist?

No. Dr. Advani is skilled in both placing and restoring implants, so all of your treatment happens with the dentist you already trust.

Does insurance cover implants?

Most dental plans cover a portion of implants and the bridges that attach to them, typically around 50%. We can call your insurance company and tell you exactly what is covered.
